Author Biography

Cristina Romanelli, Université de Lille

Cristina Romanelli is a Ph.D. student in sociology and information and communication sciences at the University of Lille. She holds two master's degrees, one in Anthropology from the University of Strasbourg, and another in Social Sciences Applied to Food Studies from the University of Toulouse Jean-Jaurès. Her primary focus lies in vegetarian, healthy, and sustainable eating practices, exploring food and nutritional policy, as well as the circulation of food knowledge and norms. Her research also extends to themes such as food insecurity among university students, the anti-speciesist movement, and the conservation of local breeds of domestic farm animals.
